I have a little son and this book is very actual for me. This cookbook was recommended me by my friend. In this book, I learned about everything I need to know about how and when to introduce solid foods, why and how the IP will keep you on that journey, a sample schedule for solid food introduction to get you started, the most common allergens and how to recognize allergy reactions, the complete month- to- month ingredient list and much more. This cookbook also includes 100 delicious and nutritious Instant Pot Baby and Toddler recipes: 6 months, 6-8 months, 9-12 months, 12-18 months, 18 months- 3 years. This cookbook is really very informative and useful. All recipes are saved with simple ingredients and with easy cooking directions. I have tried some recipes in my Instant Pot and my son ate these dishes with great pleasure. I liked this book very much and I'm glad to have it on my Kindle to use when I need it. I highly recommend this cookbook for the parents who want to cook healthy and tasty meal for their kids. It is worth reading.

My grandson just started eating baby food earlier this month. My DIL and I wanted to try making some and freezing it ourselves. Between the Instant Pot and the Ninja food processor, it's no biggie at all! We can purchase organic, non-GMO foods and prepare and freeze several weeks' worth of baby food for our boy lickety-split, and the cost is waaaaaaay less than jarred organic baby food from stores! This cookbook is a great reference for using your Instant Pot to make a variety of baby food for different stages.
